Quotient Rule

If $f(x)$ and $g(x)$ are both differentiable functions, then

$$ \frac{d}{dx}[\frac{f(x)}{g(x)}]=\frac{f'(x)g(x)-g'(x)f(x)}{[g(x)]^2} $$
